I like the vinylester fill and coating idea and will research it more.
For what it’s worth…Sam Morse is now using vinylester as standard below
the waterline. I also work for a yard that sells (gasp) big Sea Rays.
Also standard on them and SeaRay claims virtually no blister recalls since
starting to use vinylester.
