Hello guys - I have just replaced my Xantrex Truecharge 20+ battery charger as it operates on 90-135 VAC, and not 230V we have here.
I installed another Xantrex, but with a voltage range of 90 - 256 V.
The previous charger is in new condition, complete with instruction manual, and rather than throw it out, I would be happy to give it to anyone who might like it, for the cost of the postage.
If anyone’s interested I can send the Manual as a PDF file.
On Adventure, the 2 x 100 aH house batteries are positioned under the head of the starboard quarterberth.
The starter battery is at the foot of the companionway.
The charger was mounted on the bulkhead between the engine and the starboard quarterberth, actually inside the quarterberth. The connections from the batteries should be as short as possible.
