BCC JUNESSA Information Sort

Does anyone have information about the BCC JUNESSA, other than it is for sale - see attached image?

I am interested in building a hard dodger/doghouse similar to the one on JUNESSA for IDUNA. Any information or images, would help in the design and construction.

Thanks,

Rod

Attached are several photos I took of BCC Junessa’s pilot house at the 2000 Lyle Hess Rendezvous in the SFBay area.

Hi Rod/All,

I recall seeing a BCC named Annie which had a nice hard dodger. Does anyone have any pictures of Annie?

Regards,
Jeremy

Rod: i took the following photos of Junessa’s pilot house today after looking at her in s diego. I too am interested in a hard dodger and would like to collaborate with you re: plans, etc. Ideally, the company would come up with one or more dodger designs as a “standard” and make them available.

Best,

R Smith

Rod: like yourself I am interested in putting a hard dodger on Sentient, thus took the time to see Junessa which is for sale in s diego where I live. As you are probably aware the boat is a Canadian BCC. The dodger is constructed in wood. I was surprised to find that the center window does not open.

Although this may be redundant I have attached the photos I took. If you are still pursuing the hard dodger option perhaps we could collaborate on the design. Personally, I think it would be good for Sumio to come up with an “official” design which the company could offer as an option. But failing that we could probably have two or more of these built so as to reduce the cost of a one off one.

Get back to me if the above is worth pursuing or if you have already gotten the information you need I would appreciate hearing what you have done.

Best,

Richard Smith/Sentient

I emailed the brokerage regarding Junessa, who inturn gave me the phone number of the owner, I called with no response; the broker told me he believed the hard dodger was a comercialy fabricated unit from Canada.

I have taken several photos but could not attach the photos I took. If you are still pursuing the hard dodger option perhaps we could collaborate on the design. If you provide your email address I will send you all the photos I have.
