I am refurbishing hull #34, Koa Makani. I recently noticed that my bow sprit has a hole between where the bow sprit rails are attached, aft portion of the rails where they attach from the sides. The hole is about 3/4 of an inch and its goes right through the bow sprit, vertically. Does anyone know what this is for?
