Building a BCC

Hi everyone,

It is my understanding that Lyle C Hess’s daughter sells plans for
the BCC 24’, 26’ and 30’. The only thing that concerns me is that
these plans are for traditional (Plank on frame I think)
construction.

I was wondering if anyone has built a BCC using more modern methods.
Cold molded or fiberglass (other than Sam L Morse)

Otherwise, opinions on how hard it would be to convert the plans to
cold molded scantlings.
