Sam Morse built her in 1980, they installed ballast and decks and bulkheads.

Original owner took 4000 hrs to complete boat and launched in 1988.

Starting from bow:

New bronze bobstay chain plate in 2006

Chain locker, two hawseholes, one for rope (150?) and one chain (150?), chain is led thru a pipe and stows down low. Chain is attached to a 25 lb delta anchor that is mounted on custom fitting on bowsprit, no windlass. Second claw anchor

Next is a ? berth with cushion and storage below, 2x 6? portholes and custom made wood butterfly hatch over head (with bronze sliders and bronze security bars)

Next to berth is a custom cabinet with lid that holds a Groco manual toilet (purchased 2008) with a plastic holding tank (under ? berth) and sea discharge (no deck outlet) - manual whale pump is used for discharge

Opposite berth is a cedar-lined space for clothes and fire extinguisher, also small seat and storage beneath

Custom entryway to main cabin with privacy curtain.

Stainless steel sink with whale foot pump (2008) that brings water from 2 ss tanks mounted beneath cabin sole (about 20 gal each) to a bronze faucet.

Shipmate kerosene stove: burners, pump cup, one way valve and pressure gauge all replaced in 2008

Custom 5 gal kerosene tank (with deck fill) mounted behind cabinets with spigot below sink.

Two Weems and Plath kerosene lights (2008), 4 bronze 12 v lights, bronze clock and barometer and ships bell on bulkhead

Large custom icebox with custom teak shelving

2 full length berths with cushions and storage below and shelves above; all cushions in excellent condition

Custom electrical panel with map reading light on 3? cord (new 2008).

Twin batteries (2008) with selector switch, volt and amperage meters (all 2008).

Manual whale bilge pump (all gaskets etc replaced 2008) and separately plumbed automatic Rule electric bilge pump (purchased 2008).

Battery charger (purchased 2008) linked to 120V shore power circuit; circuit has 2x120V GFI outlets and circuit breaker, 50? power cord attaches to cockpit socket

Radio/CD/iPod player with twin speakers in cabin (all purchased 2008)

Depth finder (purchased 2008) with thru hull transducer located under forward berth in custom box (spare transducer)

Garmin GPS 182C (purchased 2005 with Chesapeake blue chart) on swing out arm

ICom VHF with masthead antenna (purchased 2008)

Gimbaled compass with lighting (not installed), custom inclinometer

Universal M3-20A diesel engine, installed in 1998, 89 hrs. ss 20 gal fuel tank

Upgraded Admiral engine control panel (purchased 2008) with gauges for oil pressure, water temp, alternator output, rpm meter. 3 bladed folding max-prop

Custom teak cockpit grating and custom carved tiller (pivots to allow access to lazerette) with Ray marine ST-2000 tiller pilot (purchased 2008)

Teak grating on boomkin and teak deck, all in good condition

2 primary Barient winches for genoa

Port and starboard jam cleats on cabin top for staysail

Mainsheet is on transom traveler, single 4:1 pulley

Deck mounted custom wooden mast and boom; over sized standing rigging and bronze turnbuckles.

Lazy jack on backstay for boom (no boom gallows)

3 Barient winches on mast, track for spinnaker pole and running rigging that could easily accommodate a cutter rig.

Three head halyards, one for main, one for genoa and one for chute.

Fourth halyard goes to block 2/3 way up mast, originally for staysail

Genoa on roller furler, line leads via block to cockpit

Steaming and deck lights, 3 way mast head light (new 2004)

Currently rigged as sloop with battened main and 110% genoa (both good condition), addition of a single stay makes her a cutter again.

No reefing lines but necessary cheek blocks, teak horn cleats and custom bronze tack hook supplied for installation

2 cruising chutes in bags (one with snuffer) that appear to be in good condition but I have never used.

Boom tent, mooring cover and weighted mesh cover for forward hatch

Matching covers for main winches, main sail, bowsprit and tiller (tiller cover in bad condition)

Spinnaker pole, PFDs, engine spares (all filters, anodes), 5 gal plastic diesel container, all manuals.

Large custom trailer ? used this to haul boat from Wisconsin. No idea of state of brakes (been in water 5 times for launch) but local shop could replace them for nominal sum
