How would you mount a stern anchor?

I have a suitable roller/chain fair lead and a modestly sized CQB with >100 ft chain and rode. What I’m searching for are optimal spots to mount the roller, stow/deploy the anchor, and lead the chain (through the deck into the stern locker near the manual bilge pump mounting?). Your thoughts and practical experience are sought.

For me, the only anchor I will ever use on the stern is a Fortress with rope only. Here are a few set ups from my FC and BCC. The FC worked much better.

Exceptional @barefootnavigator. I see how using only rope neatly solves the rode problem!

Say you wouldn’t have a spare one of those rollers to sell? Or supplier/CAD/plans/specs :folded_hands:?

Mike Anderson would be the contact on that. If you have one made I might have a slight design change on the top roll bar. Having said that, it worked flawlessly.
