Just pre-inspected a Falmouth Cutter 22 and found evidence of termites. The owner says that the boat was tented several years back but I am worried it may still have them. I inspected everywhere and can’t find damage. Just termite droppings. Any suggestions, should I run or move forwards with the purchase? Anyone with experience with this.
