one more thing- some yards have a “max-prop rate” for hauling and
relaunching. around here it is about $100 a try. i changed mine by
careening on a sandy beach, an interesting new experience.

We have crutch plates and built some 3"x3" X 10ft
crutches to keep the beached boat upright! Sorry we
have yet to try them, awaiting warm water and sandy
beaches! anyone else with such equipment??
