Thanks for answering on my prop thrust problem. When I put prop in
full reverse, she will move back very quickly. She will continue in
reverse for about 10 or 15 seconds even after I put prop in full
forward. In a chop she will lose way almost completely. Do you
experience this also?

Larry, you're obviously not getting full foreward pitch, i.e. the blades are too flat in forward.
Have you checked the 'pitch stop screw' that limits the amount of pitch when in forward? If it is all the way backed off, you are going to have to adjust somewhere else and I suspect it's going to mean having to move the shaft farther into the shaft coupling....assuming their is space left in the coupling.
