I apologize for the scrambled paragraph within my previous post. Must have been something in my 'notebook' program which was where I wrote it before mailing. It should have read:
And I do not want to impinge the integrity of all the good ship captains out there but most of todays multi-million dollar commercial ships are run a lot less efficiently than many cruisers when it come to seamanship. Ship owners often saddle captains with inexperienced and/or inadequate crew and abhor spending money on a lot of maintenance.
