It seems the Sam L. Morse web site does not have the phone number on
it…according to one of our fellow BCC lovers is calling me for phone
numbers and directions to the factory. I’ve been speaking with this person
for 2 years and he wants a BCC, maybe a new one. I just gave him directions
and phone numbers. Good Luck.

I think you just put your finger on the BCC problem; it isn't the product, nor the manufacturing facility, it's the marketing! Any qualified marketer would have caught that right away! I didn't, I'm an engineer!

Get yourself a marketing expert ASAP! Even part time. Of course he should be a sailing enthusiast, but he must know marketing. Jay Conrad recently wrote a book on "Guerrilla Marketing", that's a good style to emulate. It's available on Amazon.com.
