Vera's White Sands Marina
I'll post more later as I'm catching up after returning from the fabulous SF Rendezvous of Lyle Hess designs. We had a great time. I'm privileged to have met the BCC people and the NorSea people of the SF Bay Area. It was a great time and well worth the effort!
So I hope you'll make the effort and put this on your calendar.
I hope to make a recognizance visit soon to Vera's so I can tell you first hand what to expect.

Dear all,
Rod of Iduna has a great idea regarding the Lyle Hess Tribute!
I'll go scope out the anchorage, the marina and facilities. I'll get pictures, best I can.
I hope we can count on Rod as our official photographer of the Lyle Hess Tribute? We need pictures!
Will Iduna be there?
Put Sept 24-26 on your calendar! It will be the place to be by land or by sea. ...lots of participation from Good Old Boat and a few other interested parties.

Dear Kate:
IDUNA will be at the LHTR. I accept the kind offer as "official photographer". We have gone digital with a new 5 megapixel Sony F717 camera fitted with a Carl Zeiss 5X optical lens. We are also post processing the image in Photoshop and can produce high resolution image files for either printing or 35 mm slide presentation.
IDUNA has changed and is a little more teched out than when you last saw her. She also has new tanbark sail from Michele Stevens Sail Loft in Lunenberg Nova Scotia.
