I am getting unhappy grinding noises at the point where the prop shaft exits the hull. Puffin has an oil fed shaft seal on the stern tube and I am guessing there must also be a cutlass bearing of some sort which could need replacing. Any one done this or know what the bearing is or even its dimensions would be a great help.
